Garden to Table

Its been a great year.  The cooking in the garden has been a great hit. 

We have had good volunteer support this year - the club really depends for its success on that.  We have redone most of the raised beds and actually removed two to make space for a corn, bean and squash patch.  We have planted more fruit trees and raised summer starts from seeds in the greenhouse which we sold at last week's produce stand. 

I think for next year we would like more volunteer help and a regular cooking presence in the garden.
