Being educated on what exactly you’re putting into your body is the first step in a healthy lifestyle. Many people are ignorant about the food they’re really putting into their bodies. Fast food and pre-packaged, processed food may seem appealing but are really full of harmful additives that can cause an increase of cancer risk, obesity, and numerous other health hazards. It is true that some foods are processed for health reason and are not harmful to your body, but some processing methods fill the food with extra fats, sodium, and carbs. Pre-packaged foods wreak havoc on you digestive system and are hard to digest. Making your own food fresh at home is one of the best decisions you can make. There are many healthy alternatives to fast food that taste just as well. Homemade pizza made with natural ingredients has less grease than store bought. Burgers left to drain on a grease pan will contain less fat and oil. Simply replacing fried chicken with grilled greatly decreases the amount of fats, sugars, etc. Also, carrying healthy snacks such as nuts, fruit, and string cheese can help you avoid stops at fast food restaraunts.
Story!
Delicioso Kitty is addicted to fast and processed foods. Lately he's been noticing how tired and moody he's been; he suspects it has something to do with the foods he's been putting into his body! He quits his job as an accountant and goes undercover! He sneaks into a fast food headquarters in hopes of uncovering the truth about fast food once and for all!
Objective!
Collect a certain amount of healthy food points and destroy the fast food guards! Once you're in the headquarters read the textboxes to reveal the truth about fast food! Also, destroy the unhealthy fast food workers and collect points! Once you've collected enough points and destroyed enough enemies in each level touch the golden block to win!
Intended Audience!
Anyone and everyone who is addicted to fast and/or processed foods and wants to know the REAL truth about what those chemicals are doing to your body!
