Welcome to the wonderful world of health, it is here that you will have the delightful opportunity to experience the CJC game! It is the goal of the CJC game! to show you that eating healthy items such as, broccoli and apples is much healthier for you then lets say fries.
"By eating at least 5 servings of vegetables and fruits a day, you can reduce your risk of stroke and heart disease by 30%, lose weight, and enhance your immune system so you don’t get sick as often" -The Healthy Eating Guide.
"A cheeseburger happy meal with fries and a Sprite at McDonalds has 640 calories and 24 grams of fat. This is over half of the total calories many children should be eating in a day" -The Healthy Eating Guide.
"Regular exercise is a critical part of staying healthy. People who are active live longer and feel better. Exercise can help you maintain a healthy weight. It can delay or prevent diabetes, some cancers and heart problems" -Medline Plus.
Story: First level-exercise girl hikes the mountains collecting all the apples and avoiding the fries to reach her goal. Second level-jump from block to block climbing the tree to reach the goal, however you must collect all the apples first to win the game. Third level-swim from place to place in the ocean collecting the apples and fruit baskets.
Goal: Outdoor health adventures: hiking, climbing, and swimming in order to collect the apples and fruit baskets. However, it is important to avoid the unhealthy french fries. In other words, eat healthy food and exercise and you will live a longer life.
Lesson: eat healthy food and exercise to live a long life.
