The story is to get people to go through life making healthy choices.
Objective:
The objective of our game is collect all the healthy foods like apples and fruit baskets and stay away from the unhealthy foods like french fries! In addition we try to simulate the effect of exericise throughout the whole game. Such as hiking up a mountain, climbing a tree, and swimming.
Fruit is a great healthy snack! Not only is it good for you but it tastes amazing!
Did you know you should be having 3-5 serving of fruit a day? A healthy serving of fruit can be an apple, pear, peach, or a cup of fruit juice even!
Exercise is really important when trying to stay healthy! Even when you eat right you still need to exercise! Running is a great way to exercise but it burns lots of calories and is great for your body. Running is fun and relaxing. You can run by yourself to get away and think, or you can go with a friend to keep you company!
Even though when trying to stay healthy everyone always says to stay away from sugar and such. Which is very true! You should try and stay away from candy and desserts as much as possible. But, if you're eating right, treating yourself to a nice candy bar or a cookie isn't a bad thing! No food is always bad or always good! Too much or not enough of any food can be a bad thing! My advice is to keep it ballanced! Don't be afraid to treat yourself every once in a while but keep it healthy most of the time!
