Story: This game is to help show the importance of making healthy food choices and good nutrition. Your goal is to stop the enemies who don't want you to make the right choice of food.
Objective: To show you to make healthy food choices and eat the right things for example fruits, veggies, etc. "Avoid the junk food" it is very bad for you. Doing that can help you live longer, have way more energy, and also beat the game.
Audience: ALL AGES

Lesson: Good nutrition and healthy food choices is actually very important it helps you live longer and provides the nutritions you need for growth, development and helps you feel good and be at your best. It can also help by preventing heart disease, strokes, certain cancers, and many others. Good nutrition is based on the 6 food groups in the food guide pyramid. It tells you the right amount of servings you need a day. The amount a teen needs from the grains group is 6-11 servings, from the veggie group you need 3-5 servings, and from the fruit group you need 2-4 servings, etc. It's all about the right choices you should make.
