Bacteria Invaders

Story: Allen has a cut on his leg. It's in the inflamitorry and epitheliazation stages. The cells are trying hard to keep out the invading bacteria but they need your help! You have to get through all the barriers and get to the wound and stop the bacteria invaders!

Objective: The objective is to destroy and make it past all of the evil bacteria on your way to touching the goal block and beating the game as you lean what goes on inside your body when you get a cut or scratch.

Audience: This game is for all ages. Adults and kids.

Team Members: Jake and Jordan

Health Lesson: When you get a cut, your body goes into different stages to try to fix it. One of the first stages is the inflamitory stage. The blood vessels get smaller and the blood dots to prevent extra bleeding. Soon after, epitheliatization begins. During epitheliazation new cells are created to protect against bacteria. These are mainly white blood cells which are made to keep out foriegn bacteria and diseases.

This is an example of what happens in your body during epithiliazation.
