Health Lesson: Fruit is a good source of anti-oxidants, vitamins, and nutrients that help your body stay healthy, and to help protect your cells from molecules that have negative effects on your body. You can eat just about anything, but you have to eat them in moderation.
Not everything you have to eat has to be healthy, but most of it should be because most of the junk food you eat can harm your body.You have to have just about 40 different nutrients to keep your body in a good state of health. You need to eat 2-4 servings of fruit a day.
If you skip meals your body fat actually increases instead of decrease. A lack of not eating healthy can effect your height, age, blood pressure, BMI (body mass index), heart and can eventually lead to some types of cancers.
