Health Lesson: Good nutrition can affect your body depending on amount of calories you intake per day, it can affect yorur weight, health, energy. If you have to many calories it leads to weght gain. Good nutrition helps you from heart disease, stroke, and several cancers. Making good choices helps you at a low risk and prevents you from obesity.
