Storyline: S.A.A.M. is a game we made to explain how to manage stress and anxiety. In the game you have to beat each level in order to keep Allie's stress and anxiety levels normal. Each level you beat the less stress Allie has.
Objective: The objective is to keep Allie's stress and anxiety levels low. Also use your time wisely and kill all the bad people or achieve all the goals. Have fun and goodluck!
Audience: This game is for all ages young and old.

Health Lesson: Stress is pressure or tension exerted on a material object. It can also come from any event or thought that makes you mad. Stress can cause overwieght problems and bad habits.Anxiety is a feeling of fear, unease, worry, and nervousness, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome.
Doing more activities with friends and family can lower your stress and anxiety levels. There are many ways to stay out of the way of stress and anxiety. Also having stress can cause many things like, strokes, high blood pressure, fatigue, depression ETC..
Stress can make you want to hide from the world
It can also effect the way you do in school and sports.
