story:In this game your character cardio has entered the league of runners. and you start from outer space and make your way down a very large mountain. in this race you will improve yourself physically and mentally by thinking of strategy to get past the hard obstacles and expanding your lung capacity and improving your heart. remeber there are no breaks in this race.
objective:your objective is to make your way down the mountain and avoid hazardous obstacles and enemies.

health lesson:cardio is having to do with cardio vascular system which means your using your lungs,heart,and what helps you breath.when you run daily or for a long period of time for a certain amount of days your lung capacity tends to expand and you become more fit and you can sleep better.
examples of cardio:running,getting active,excerciseing,riding a bike,and jump rope.
