The Health Nut Game!
Story: Keirsten’s coach prepares her for the most challenging game in the world. She will run through perilous lands and face evil, man-eating French fries. Along the way Keirsten’s coach teaches her that in order to be successful, she has to eat nutritious packs to sustain her energy and finish the game.
Objective: Staying alive through the levels by making the correct choices while avoiding unhealthy foods like fries and dangerous situations.
Audience: We are targeting other students and encouraging them to live a healthy lifestyle, starting with a nutritious diet and daily exercise.
Team Members: Halee, Caroline, and Ana.
Health Lesson: Making the right healthy choices affects every aspect of your life. Food affects memory, alertness, and learning. When students play our game, we hope they will know how to meet their nutritional needs, as well as the importance of daily exercise.

- Lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts

Many people wonder why they should actually exercise to keep their bodies in shape. You'd be suprised at how many benefits there actually are when you work out! Here are just a couple examples to how you'll improve life with working out:
First things first, exercise helps prevent diseases like heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, and diabetes. Believe it or not, your body actually craves exercise and needs it to achieve good health.
Next, when you get into the habit of exercising regularly, you'll realize how it improves your life. Working out helps reduce stress, lifts your mood, and improves sleep. Not only this but you look and feel younger when you exercise.
