Story: Fitness Flynn is a normal girl with a goal.. a goal to encourage healthy habits

Objective: Run and eat apples while resisting tempting fries

Audience: Adults and young kids

Team Members: Lauryn and Kayla

Health Lessons: Even though fries are tempting and tasty...you need to try to stay away from all the greasy foods and salty foods and eat more healthy things likes apples, carrots, strawberries and more fruits and vegetables. You should eat foods that are high in fiber, with few carbs and nothing that is high in fat or sugar. Eat these foods to ensure a safe life and encourage healthy habits!
