Adventure of Hamich

Story: Once upon a time, there was a boy named Hamich. He was looking for some ways to build up his noodle arms. For him, it was not as easy as he thought. Lot of fatty foods that he loved such as chips. However he must fight it and get this through.
Objective: Collect tokens and get to the reps on his exercises and the star in the end, represents his success.

Health Lesson: Fitness is the key to being healthy. If you eat healthy (such as vegetables and fruits) you can be resistant to most of the diseases. The proper time for average workout is around an hour. Some people work out too much, over 3 hours every day, but this won’t really grow your muscle, you will just tire your muscles out. So stick to the recommended amount of workout time and you’ll get a chance to live longer!!!!!!
