Health Lesson: When you ingest too many fatty foods, the body is deprived of the nutrients that it needs. With only the nutrients from the fatty foods, the body would not be strong enough to function. If this goes on for a long time, some effects may be premature aging, disease, and other health problems. But, the body does need some fat. It is what gives our body energy. It is needed to prevent essential fatty acid deficiency. It is also needed so your body can absorb the fat soluble vitamins A, S, E, K, and prevent deficiencies of these vitamins. Without enough fat, wounds would not heal as quickly, you would have a lower resistance to infection, and you may no longer have a tolerance of the cold.
Too much of this....
DEATH!!!
