Health Lesson: Bad foods are foods that do not help you with your health; you should make good choices on the food that you eat. Some of the bad foods are soda, chips, candy, cookies, fats, and salty foods. The reason why the bad foods are bad is because they can cause health problems. You should limit them to once or twice a week. Some good foods are vegetables fruits wheat meat eggs beans.
