Living Balanced

STORY: Living Balanced is a game we desingned to show the kids of M.I.S (Magellan International School) to eat healthy and to promote not eat unhealthy foods. In this game we think it is going to make other kids eat new foods. This game shows the bad guys being french fries like the same thing in real life, beacause if you eat too much french fries they are bad for your health.
OBJECTIVE: We are trying to inspired the 1st to 4th graders to have a healthy life
AUDIENCE: Our audience will be 7-year-old kids and up
TEAM MEMBERS: Fernanda Matta-Chare, Mateo Bolivar, Anishka Vogl
HEALTH LESSON: To make this video game we did a lot of work. First we did mandala that organizied all of the food groups and main purpose for each group, then we went to a fieldtrip and talked to our M.I.S lunch lady and told us about healthy foods. After, we desingned and sent a survey home to all the M.I.S school parents to inquiry about healthy habits and, finally we organized all the information, analyzed it to build the game called Living Balanced, and try to promote healthy habits within M.I.S students.
