Backward Beekeepers is an organization that removes bees humanely, without using harmful chemicals. Teaching adults and children to treat one of life's most precious creatures is another important mission of this organization. We invited the Backward Beekeepers to our school, so our students could learn all the wonderful attributes of these tiny creatures, especially not to fear them, but to keep them safe from harm. Backward Beekeepers help the students understand the value of bees, as an essential and necessary part of our life and the production of our food.
