This school year, one of our 4th grade girl scout troops partnered with our Doss Elementary Green Team to create our new Recycling Center.  Together, they decided to collect electronics, ink cartridges, batteries, and corks (from wine bottles.)  The Recycling Center was created and installed on Monday, April 2, 2012 to kick off Earth Month.  Members of the girl scout troop wrote announcements for the week to advertise and promote recycling schoolwide.
