Fitness Stations for our Campus!

We are thrilled to share that with Nickelodeon's Big Green Help grant, awarded in May 2010 for the 2010-11 school year, we are able to install the first of 8 fitness stations on our campus! The grant awarded $2500 for our proposal, which included art work and essays by 5th grade students. The installation will take place in June, providing students with safe spaces in which to exercise and explore. The stations will be installed on and around the Dagher Trail, funded in part by our Change for Earth bake sale, which we hope to extend this year and next. This creates an environment in which Health and Nature go hand-in-hand!
