Vegetable Garden is Mulched!

The whole staircase vegetable garden has been covered with corrugated cardboard and mulched.  Sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students from Humanities, Arts & Technology, Math & Science, and Law & Government all did yeoman's work to get this job done.  With the amount of cardboard and mulch we laid down, we can expect photosynthesis to be stopped and we predict that all the weeds will die in about 3 weeks, when the garden will be ready for planting in June.

 Congratulations on the cooperative effort and a job well done!

 We will be ready to start planting the garden in about 3 weeks.
