Received grant for enlarging the school wide garde

1. What is the name of your project: School Wide Community Garden expansion
   

2. What is the goal/purpose of the project : To expand our small garden area to include the entire school of COE so that the students can interact with the garden as well as have teachers utilize lessons plans to incorporate the garden.  Each grade level will be in charge of maintaining the garden during specific times.
   

3. Who will be involved in the project - there are a group of teachers that have dedicated their time to get this going, some of which have gone to Master Gardener training, some volunteers from our local Master Gardeners, parents as requested, all students and classes from the entire COE school. There are also plans to start a Garden Club that will have students that can make decisions regarding the garden as well as changes/plans/etc.
   

4. How will you record the project (video, photos, PowerPoint, etc.)  There will be pictures and hopefully a video that shows the current gardent state as well as how it grows after funding is received.
   

5. Do you have a budget for your project? How will you attain those finances?  Yes due to an IBMr on the PTA, the school was able to obtain the funding to expand the garden and really touch every student at COE
   

6. What is the starting and ending date of your project?  The grant was recently received that plans are now in the works on how the funding would be spent and this will last through the school year.
