Story: You are chosen to defeat the fast foodies. Can you do it in time and reach the gold block with enough energy??
Objective: Avoid the fast foods and reach the gold block while getting the energy you need along the way.
Audience: Young kids around middle school.
Team members: Laura Rocco
Lesson: To eat only healthy foods because it increases your energy and health. Eating healthy also makes your immune system stronger especially if you eat foods like fruits, veggies, blueberries, beans, cranberries, artichoke hearts, blackberries, russet potatoes, (nuts) hazelnuts, pecans and walnuts.
Every food group helps your body in many ways to keep you healthy.
