Lesson: Eating healthy foods can really change your life and your health. Healthy foods can give you a lot of energy for your body. Vegetables and fruits can help your immune system. Some fruits you should eat are blueberries, pears, oranges, apples, and bananas. Wait, what am I thinking! All fruits are good for you! There are some vegetables that are healthier than others,like, carrots, celery, broccoli, squash, onion, and avocado.
