Highland Park Austin Texas - trail maintenance

The Highland Park Green Team, along with the community group (Friends of Perry Park) sponsored a Service Project work day on Sat, Nov 10. 2012.  Parents and kids from the school cut back plants & trees, removed invasive species and groomed an existing interpretive trail.  This trail is used by Highland Park school teachers for outdoor classes.  The kids also scattered native plant seeds in other parts of this park.
