Lets all talk heathy: Fiber can lower blood sugar cut cholesterol, and may even prevent colon cancer. Women should get about 25 grams a day of fiber and men at least 35 to 40 grams of fiber, But the average person gets just 15 grams of fiber. Some types of fiber are like yogert, apples or anything heathy. frutes and veggies are good for you.
Have you seen one of those types of pyramids of heathy food before? If you have you will see dairy, nutrients, and I can't think of the other ones so of you want to know you can go somewere and see what kinds of other steps there are. So if you want to be as heathy as a butterfly eat good foods like the ones on the heathy food pyramid.
If you want to stay heathy and not get crazy you have to get a perfect amout of food or get alot of sleep. You need to get sleep so you can be heathy every day and every night so you can have energy for the next day and the next day and so on. Kids need to get at least 5-8 hours a day. Teens need to get at least 4-6 hours a day and adults can stay up as long as they want pretty much.
Objective
The object of the game is to make it through the lungs of dirtyness you have to deafeat the fries and get all of the items and make it to victory to make it to the next level.

Story
Ok, so there was this kid who was walking up and down a street and then a person pulled him into this dark ally and then he offered him a cigarette. The boy was like, "I cant smoke I am just a little kid and I don't think my mom and dad would like it if they knew that i smoked a sig." And the guy said, "your parents dont need to know." The little kid said your right but is it unheathy for people." The guy said in a deep voice, "no it is good for you." So the boy went ahead and smoked it and the boy was caughing like crazy and he said he needed to go home befor "my mom knows I am still gone." And deep down inside the boy felt these creachers down inside. This is how this game got created.
