Invasion of the Sleep Snatchers

Story: Bob has to defeat the evil sleep snatchers. He must save the world by defeating the evil sleep queen.
Objective: To learn about the importance of sleep and to defeat the evil sleep queen.

Health lesson: You need 9 to 10 hours of sleep. When you can't sleep, you're probably nervous or excited about
something. There is a sleep condition called insomnia that makes you unable to sleep. Scientists think sleeping is
a time for resting your body and brain. The younger you are, the more you sleep at night. The older you are,
the more you sleep during the day. If you don't sleep well enough, you don't grow as well. There are things you
can do to get the sleep they need. Turn off the television and the computer before going to bed. Eat dinner
earlier. Limit eating foods that contain caffeine, such as dark sodas, chocolate, and coffee.
