Objective: To defeat the Grease Minions, and along the way, get healthy tip for not gaining weight.

Health lesson: Many people in the world struggle with being overweight. That's why we created this game to
show that being obese is not a good thing. Here are some things that can help prevent being oveerweight.
1. Join sports like swimming, baseball, and Soccer,because you can burn fat by doing these and more activities.
2. Eat healthy foods like apples, carrots, and celery because they are high in nutrients.
3. Get the right amount of sleep. 8 to 10 hours of sleep each night is a healthy amount.
