Éclairs
By:
Michelle, age 15, (the blonde young lady with her hair pulled back and dark glasses) narrates. In this video Michelle leads her Boy Scout Venturing Crew through the activity of preparing pâte à choux dough, vanilla-bean pastry cream and chocolate ganache glaze to create irresistible éclairs. The results were as good as, if not better than, any bakery or restaurant éclairs. In all of the crew’s activities, the focus is not only on culinary skills, but also on teambuilding and leadership skills.
