Story:
During winter everyone put some pounds because it was too cold to go outside and workout
including Ruby the Runner. And now that the winter season is over it is time for her to make a mad dash to the Gym and her personal trainer to shed those unwanted pounds and get back in shape.
Objectives:
- Ruby the Runner is our character
- There are evil French Fries and apples/orbs in the levels some together and some apart. Your job is either to avoid the evil French Fries and make it to the golden block before time runs out or collect all of the apples/orbs and make it to the golden block before time runs out or both before time runs out.
- Each level gets harder but you have to make it to the golden block there is two ways to lose not beating the time or losing all of your health.
- Make it to the gym and your coach for your workout

Health Lesson:
You lose excess weight by exercising and eating right. The Majority of the game involves avoiding evil French fries and collecting the good stuff like apples and the orbs all the mean time running through to beat clocks and avoid losing all of your health. When you run to the gym or in this case, complete levels, you are burning calorie so you get healthier by losing weight on your way to the gym to exercise even more. The Dash part comes into play in that it would be healthier to run or jog to the gym if can as opposed to driving in a car.
