Tom's Vitamins

Story: A young student by the name of Tom takes a vitamin pill, Vitamin C. Vitamin C travels throughout Tom’s body, defeating his enemies, the malnutrition. He meets other vitamins and body functions along the way to help take out the malnutrition in Tom’s body. As Vitamin C goes into Tom’s body, Tom begins to learn healthier eating habits. Vitamin C’s goal is to help Tom through his bad eating habits and to make him in better condition to help his ultimate goal, to prepare for the marathon.
Objective: The objective is to defeat the malnutrition in Tom's body to keep him healthy for the race. Through Tom's journey, he will learn healthier eating habits, healthier food choices, and the benefits of being healthy and strong.
Audience: This game and the lesson provided are intended for ages twelve to eighteen.
Team Members: Forrest, James, Trinity
Lesson Learned: The major problems with kids these days is their eating habits. To have a healthy diet, one must first learn the food pyramid; it is the basis of being healthy. Once the pyramid is learned, one must then learn how to schedule their eating. Timing is important, especially breakfast. Also, one will finally learn to avoid the dangers of diabetes and obesity.
