Radical Junkstown

Story: The game is set in junkstown, a world that is filled with junk food radicals and you are the healthy hero. The world has been turned over by the radicals and no one, besides you has enough energy to stop them. Along your journey you venture into caves, mines, and forests trying to spread the word of healthy living, but your path is constantly blocked by the junk food baddies(JFBs)*. Your only hope is to get to the veggie haven and capture back the sun spots**
*The followers of the junk food radicals. They are willing to stop you AT ALL COSTS. They are very fast, and very aggressive.
**The little yellow spheres that are all around the map, they are the fuel to make your vegetables and crops grow and flourish.
Objective: Throughout the game there are challenges and issues that the player needs to overcome. The player is only finished when they have completed all eighte levels. The levels are composed in specific detail to untangle the story of Junkstown and thus make the player feel empowered to help the civilians. The game was created to educate the player(s) about healthy living choices: How to eat well, good or bad food, and a multitude of other relevant health concerns.
Audience: My co-wokers agreed that the audience intended for this game would be the younger generation because they are the people that are not yet changed by the media and advertisements.

The Health Lesson: Healthy eating is a main reason as to why someone is or is not a healthy person. We have a level which gives detail to our lesson being taught. The level states information about daily calorie intake, how fat can and does affect your body, and how fruits are a great way to stay in shape and fit because they have nutrients which are very helpful for a healthy diet.
The apple above is a great example of how fruits are healthy and nutritious for the human body.
Apples have sugars within them which makes them very healthy and a low calorie meal to add to any diet.
