Story: A man learns to stop going to fast food restaurants so often.
Objective: Getting rid of all the bad foods from their source.
Audience: Children, adults, old people, newborns.
Lesson: Not to be fat, eat healthy and to avoid bad foods.
Level 1: Eating too much saturated fat can increase bad cholesterol level in the blood. Elevated levels of cholesterol are the main cause of heart attack, stroke and peripheral vascular diseases.
Level 2: Unhealthy eating is largely caused by bad eating habits. Eating a bag of potato chips while watching TV once in awhile or binging on food during a party will probably not cause you any harm. However, when these actions become repetitive, they develop into habits. If you wish to break your unhealthy eating habits, you need to determine what they are first. Here are some common bad eating habits that you should learn to avoid.
Level 3: On fuel in the form of food, and if the fuel you put in your body is not high-grade, you should not expect your body to give you peak performance. To keep your body running to the best of its ability, it is up to you to feed it healthy foods. Unhealthy foods may satisfy your hunger, but they may also break your body down in the long run.
