Super Energy Man

Story: Super energy man and healthy fitness man want to get rid of all laziness and couch potatoes. He has to eliminate Super lazy man, lazy man, and junkfood. But he can't run out of energy. Can you help him?
Objective: Stay alive and collect energy before you run out.
Audience: Kids 5th grade and up who like to play video games.
Team members: Nicole B. and Josie F.
Lesson: Don't sit in front of your TV and eat junk food. Go outside and don't let laziness take over. Get some energy!!
Level 1: A study from the journal of media psychology found that a highly stimulating game or movie can result in lower test scores than a non-stimulating game or movie.
Level 2: A study found that fast food is addicting because of its higher amounts of calories, fat, and carbohydrates. Too much junk food can lead to obesity.
Level 3: According to kidshealth.org lack of exercise can cause many negative effects other than just being overweight such as weaker muscles and bones, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholestrol.
