The third, forth, and fifth graders at Dooley were given the opportunity to participate in the Dallas area Slant 45 giving back to the community project.  Students who volunteered to participate made drawings of various ways to recycle to help the community and our Earth.  A member of the PTA board took these drawings and made them into a quilt, which now proudly hangs in the school by the Science Lab.
