Start a Vegetable Garden

Middle School students prepared a Vegetable Garden at the Environmental Science Center. Each Lower School grade planted a different vegetable and all were able to eat the vegetable and harvest the crop. Students also learned about nutrition and learned to enjoy a variety of vegetables.

The garden is planted for the spring and summer harvest. Students started seedlings indoors of various herbs to plant in the garden.
