Formalized upcycling brigades at both campuses
Launched the Community Supported Agriculture program with 20 Magellan families & Green Gate Farms
Introduced farming activities for students at Fall Festival.

Health hands-on lesson for PP4 students to introduce local food.
First MIS Green Team Happy Hour for Green Team families at In.gridents.
Students and parents joined Zero-waste tour at the store and learned about community food gardens.

Launched the MIS Coffee Blend!
Formalized partnership with Texas Coffee Traders, who certify 100% organic and fair-trade “Magellan Blend”

Students performed a waste audit
Launched system to measure waste diversion with the support of Texas Disposal System and the City if Austin.
Formalized volunteer maintenance program for food garden.
