Big Clean at 217!

Students campaigned for classes to participate in the Big Clean at 217.  This year, about half of the classrooms participated.  Paper was kept in classrooms and Green Team members picked up the paper garbage once per month.  Each week, students in the Men of Strength club took the paper recycling out.

Next year, we are expanding the Big Clean!  Students hae plans to get more classes to participate, and we are initiating a student Big Sweep campaign.  We are hoping to get a broom for each classroom and during p.m. homeroom, on a rotating basis, students will sweep the classrooms and the hallways outside their rooms.
