Sky Ranch Physical Challenge

While Northstar School was at Sky Ranch Leadership Development, We participated in many team building activities, one of wich called "The Physical Challenge". The Physical Challenge is a vertical playground, meaning you have to try to get to the top of a ropes course, filled with rope ladders and platforms for us to climb. One of the last obsticals is problably the hardest, the firecracker ladder. The firecracker ladder was peices of wood that were all connected in the middle, with a single rope. The wood moved under your foot as you stood on it, unless you put equal weight both sides. To climb the ladder, you needed to use your upper body strength. As we made our way to the top, we had to face this final obstical. But, even if someone didn't make it to the top, nobody was mad directly at anybody. We cheered on members of our teams, and members of other teams that were doing the chalenge at the time. If someone didn't make it to the top, then it wasen't the end of the world. We became closer friends, and better individuals over all. The time at Sky Ranch was a stronng experience for Northstar. We became more trusting of each other, and we matured a little too. Of all of our challenges, The physical challenge was not just tiering, but also was the one that we became closest because of.
