The Story: In Mission Nutrition, the character does multiple exercises (swimming, running, surfing, and dodgeball) to get healthier and stronger throughout the game. As you start the first level, you're not very fit, but as you beat each level (exercise) you get more fit.
Objective: In this game, you must try to beat your opponents, gain all the energy and health points all in the given time.
Audience: ages 8 and up

Health Lesson: The lesson taught in Mission Nutrition is that their are multiple ways to be healthy, especially excercise. The game teaches the gamers that the more you excercise, the better in shape you get and the happier you will be. As you exercise (swim, run, surf, play dodgeball), you get fitter and it helps them to see that, with consistency and work, you can have a better, happier life.
