Stay Healthy, Be Happy

Story: June is learning how to exercise and be healthy. Follow her on her adventure to a healthier and happier lifestyle. She goes on daily runs, eats healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables, avoids bad unhealthy foods such as french-fries, and drinks water, not soda. She does this because she wants to be fit and healthy, so she can do fun activities. Help June collect all the amino acids, which are protein and are small units.

 

Objective: Get through all the levels by running fast under the required amount of time and eat the healthy foods, not the bad fattening foods.

 

 

Health Lesson: Exercising and eating right are both important steps to being healthy. This game shows you to get outside and do more activities instead of sitting inside, watching TV, and eating unhealthy foods. It is a proven fact that if you eat fruit, vegetables, and other healthy food you will feel 100% better and will have a lot more energy. The obesity rate has gone up 40% in the past 30 years. This means you need to exercise daily and eat healthy. You do not have to give up sweets like chocolate bars and other candies, but you shouldn’t eat candy all the time. If you should exercise daily or at least 3 or 4 days a week, so it doesn’t turn into fat. The body’s main source of energy is carbohydrates, protein, fats, and alcohol. Fats are a concentrated of energy. Almost all food has some amount of one of these whether it’s small or big.
