Story: Super Hydrata Girl wants to live a healthy life. In past years, Hydrata has made some wrong choices in her health. Help her accomplish a healthier lifestyle by eliminating all the bad foods she has eaten in the past.
Objective: You are inside of Super Hydrata Girl trying to eliminate her bad health decisions. The goal is to stay alive, battle the fatty foods, and collect the points of healthiness. While helping Super Hydrata Girl remember to stay hydrated, and eat the right foods in which to have enough protein to continue helping out your new friend Hydra. If you do not keep healthy and gather water and protein, you will not be able to complete the level.
The healthy eating, exercising and/or life style choice being taught: You can always improve and or change yourself to reconstruct your health/appearance. Also make sure to remember it’s better to eat and drink the right foods than not eat/drink at all. Over eating is when you eat more calories than our bodies can hold which can lead to obesity. By doing this, your body get confused and deposits the extra calories by leaving them in our fatty areas: stomach, under arms, thighs, and any other place the extra calories can stick to.
Meat is important but it is all about the cooking process. For instance, if your chicken is breaded and fried, it is oily and full of fat versus a grilled chicken with a side of broccoli or any other vegetable. Some vegetables actually do make you lose weight, broccoli is one for example. Broccoli makes you lose weight because it burns more calories for your body to chew it than the broccoli actually contains. If you leave your health alone and do not pay attention to it/exercise it you will not be able to do certain activities and it will take weeks, months, and even sometimes years to achieve your goal.
