Health and Welness Camp

At the beginning of the school year, every student went through a 3-day camp that included Health and Welness curriculum. The curriculum and instruction was put together by our PE Teachers. The students learned about Slow, Go, and Woah foods, made hallway posters, played games, and learned how much excercise it would take to burn off the number of calories for each food. End of the year Fitness Gram results indicate that more of our students moved into a healthy BMI index.
