Green Anole Research

Travis Supernova 4th grade class conducted a field research project in searching for green anoles. Dr. Travis LaDuc of The University of Texas was a guest speaker and educated the students on the importance of field research and what important items he takes out. The students then conducted research on green anoles, their diet, habitat, and behavior. Students learned that by conducting field research and keeping the data there is valuable information that is useful to humans. By noticing patterns in the data it gives a clear picture into our environment and how changes may effect humans.
