James Williams Elementary Hoedown

James Williams Elementary hosted a Hoedown on Saturday, March 1, 2014.  This event is the PTA’s annual spring fundraiser which is a family affair with dinner, raffles, silent and live auctions, and games for the kids. The majority of the activities took place in JWE’s backyard, allowing children and adults to engage in physical activity and enjoy the outdoors. 

Our festivities provided children with the opportunity to jump on inflatables, rock climb, participate in sack races and bean bag tosses, and play assorted games.  Other activities included:

Playing on playground equipment         Flying Saucer Tic-Tac-Toe                

Dancing to music provided by a DJ        Face Painting                                    

Duck races                                             Heads or Tails Game
