What is the goal/purpose of the project?: Start recycling program in the cafeteria, and provide school event recycling. Increase overall recycling rates on campus by developing an education campaign.

Who will be involved in the project?: Noor Seyed and Tahiya (Green Club leads; campus participates)

How will you record the project (video, photos, PowerPoint, etc.)?: Student groups will create short PSAs to be shown at lunch and during announcements. We will also create posters and songs to promote recycling in the cafeteria. The overall project will be documented through a combination of video, photo and power point.

Do you have a budget for your project? How will you attain those finances?: We have approximately $250 set aside for this project.

What is the goal/purpose of the project?: To build small bird feeders and birdhouses to attract wildlife to the memorial garden and cave courtyard. Attract more students to enjoy the gardens outside.

McNeil Cave Courtyard Renovation

What is the goal/purpose of the project?: The long-term goal of this project is to provide cave education to students as well as an outdoor class room . The short-term goal is to provide a PBL experience for involved students to learn about an endangered cave species and its significance, laws and limitations protecting endangered species, Central Texas wildlife habitats, landscaping, soil science, water resources and issues.

Who will be involved in the project?: This project will involve a variety of campus groups including AP environmental science, environmental systems, ROTC, and Green Club.
