What lesson do you want to teach in your game?
I want to spark an interest in the players to find out what kind of foods are good and bad for them. I want players to question the ingredients/contents of the food they are putting into their bodies and think carefully about making healthy consumption decisions. in addition to encouraging exercise and spending time outdoors.
What is the story behind your game?
Runner girl is going out for her daily run, she must collect healthy foods to maintain her health and energy so she can finish the run. The points become harder to gain as the game progresses because the runner girl must eat more foods when she gets tired of running.
What is the objective of your game?
The runner girl in my game must stay alive for thirty seconds per level by collecting the healthy foods that are bouncing around the screen. Every thirty seconds the player moves to a new level where she requires more foods to be eaten before she gains a point. This parallels the exhaustion that occurs at the end of an actual run, thus the runner girl must consumer more foods for energy.
