The game is about a fat and lazy guy that gets stuck on an island with a bunch of biomes on it. The fat and lazy guy's name is Fat Joe.  When Fat Joe wakes up, he finds himself in a giant birds nest in a huge jungle with an army of enemies right below him.

 

As Fat Joe makes his way to a campsite, he realizes that the campsite is abandoned, so Fat Joe decides to climb the nearest mountain to find a way home.  As Fat Joe climbs the mountain, he finds an ancient village that is also abandoned.  As Fat Joe tries to find his hometown, he falls through an ancient mineshaft which has dangerous paths.  As Fat Joe tries to get out of the Mineshaft, he ends up in an arena and he defeats the Sugar King.

 

Fat Joe also decides that he can't eat a cake since they aren't found in the wild, so he looks for another type of food.  When Fat Joe finally gets out of the mineshaft, he finds himself on a beach covered in enemies!  As Fat Joe tries to defend himself against the enemies, he eats a Parrot!  Well, the Parrot belonged to an angry Pirate Captain, so things didn't go very well for Fat Joe.

 

Basically, the Pirates kidnaped Fat Joe and put him in a jail cell on the Pirate ship.  When Fat Joe loses all hope of escaping, the CRACKEN attacks the Pirate ships, and Fat Joe manages to escape.  When Fat Joe gets on another beach, he finds an ancient Temple.  He manages to slip past the guards, through the puzzle, and through the maze,  and into the Temple.  Once Fat Joe defeats the Big Bad Boss's guards, Fat Joe ends up defeating the Big Bad Boss and finds himself wakeing up in his room and realizes that the whole thing was a dream, or was it?

 

The objective of the game is for Fat Joe to get back to his home and make the right food choices.

 

What's being taught in this game is to eat healthy fruit and get kids to exercise.
