Kate Bond began a small garden two years ago. Our small club has grown into a full fledged 4-H program. We cook at least once a month. We have created salsa in September, omlets in October, desserts in November and December. We are researching the most nutritious foods to plant. Stay tuned for more food fun. We have included the information on Ziplock Omelets.
Ziplock Omelets
2 Eggs
1 quart size ziplock freezer bag
1 Sharpie pen
Pot of boiling water
Cheese, cooked meats and vegetables as you like
Write your name on the bag in Sharpie. Place the two eggs in your baggie, close, and squish until mixed. Add any cooked ingredients as you like. Boil the bag for 13 minutes. Remove bag from pot with tongs. Carefully open bag and place on plate. Enjoy.
