Outdoor space

Travis Elementary 2nd graders worked outdoors this year. Students worked in stations throught the garden area. Station #1 students worked on their iPads finishing up a required quiz. Station #2 completed a science lab. Station #3 built a chicken chalet for our anticipated new members of our school. Station #4 Explored the different areas of the garden and identified native plants in the garden. Students had journal entries for all stations they explored in the green space.
