At Simon Middle School, we want to make a positive and lasting impact on the environment We want our students to understand their impact on the world. We have a school-wide recycling program, but at Simon we are most proud of our compostables collection services in the cafeteria. The teachers and staff at Simon provide our students lessons on recycling and composting and why it is important to our school, community and the Earth. Our school has been one of the top 3 of schools in Hays CISD for composting and recycling over the past 3 years.
